Cap’n Crunch’s Berrytastic Pancake Mix is a fun new way to enjoy pancakes, now inspired by the delicious taste of Crunch Berries™. Cap’n Crunch’s Berrytastic Pancake Mix blends buttermilk pancake mix with colorful Crunch Berries-inspired bits to create fun, flavorful pancakes with a light and fluffy texture. They are easy to prepare, too! Simply add water, cook and serve.

Enriched Bleached Flour (Bleached Wheat Flour, Niacinamide*, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate*, Riboflavin*, Folic Acid*), Sugar, Colored Rice Crisps (Whole Grain Brown Rice Flour, Sugar, Salt, Red 40, Blue 1, Yellow 5), Corn Flour, Buttermilk Powder, Leavening (Baking Soda, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Palm Oil, Salt, Wheat Protein Isolate, Corn Syrup Solids, Sodium Caseinate, Mono and Diglycerides, Potassium Phosphate, Tocopherols (to preserve freshness).

Heat skillet over medium-low heat or heat an electric griddle to 375°F. Skillet is ready when drops of water, sprinkled onto the griddle, sizzle, or "dance" across the surface.
Combine all ingredients. Stir until larger lumps disappear, the best tool is a wire whisk.

Lightly grease skillet or griddle with solid shortening, instead of oil, butter or margarine: solid shortening does not burn as easily.
Pour 1/6 cup of batter for each pancake onto a lightly greased and heated skillet. 1/3 cup will yield 2 pancakes.

Turn the pancakes when they begin to bubble and the bottoms are golden brown (about 90 seconds). Turn only once for fluffier pancakes.
